Revitalization of ALL Elementary Belmont Public School Libraries
Following on from our $100,000 Grant Award to revitalize the CUE and BMS libraries, the FBE is excited to share we have awarded the Belmont Public Schools with a $200,000 grant to revitalize the BPS elementary libraries. With the average book in BPS elementary libraries now 24 years old, this multi-year effort will modernize collections, providing every young learner with daily access to engaging, relevant books that spark curiosity and inspire a lifelong love of reading. Strong libraries are at the heart of strong schools—and every child deserves a place where imagination and knowledge meet.

Share the Love & VIP Educator Program from Cityside Subaru!

CUE LIBRARY GRANT IN ACTION!
In 2024 the FBE donated $100,000.00 to the CUE & BMS Library Revitalization Process. These funds acquired books and implemented new libraries at both schools.

The Foundation for Belmont Education (FBE) is a volunteer led, non-profit organization, dedicated to improving educational opportunities for students and teachers at the Belmont Public Schools. The FBE awards grants for a diverse array of projects and programs designed to benefit students in an entire grade, school, or district-wide.
